Terms & Conditions

Payment
All payments are handled by either Stripe or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within EU. VAT is not included for orders outside EU.

We use SSL secured encryption payment gateways and we work under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. Our Payment gateways are Stripe and PayPal, for e-commerce. For further questions about how our Payment gateway partners handle credit card information please contact Stripe or PayPal support.

Delivery
Abbott & Mosley ship world wide with UPS Express within 2-5 business days. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation, contact us by email and we will respond as quickly as we can: info@abbottandmosley.com. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Abbott & Mosley customer service by using the contact form on Abbott & Mosley´s website within 30 days from receiving the goods. The cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Abbott & Mosley will be on you.

Transport Damage
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as UPS. You will need to inform us what is damaged and we will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

Warranty
Warranty term: Two years from the date of purchase. This is a standard warranty and only covers manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents or incorrect use.

To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail and mail.

Complaints
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your watch when you receive your shipment in order to verify that your watch is not damaged or incorrect. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the UPS carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.

Personal Information
We collect basic personal information s about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored. This information is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if eny problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We do not disclose any personal information to third parties.

Cancellations
Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Force Majeure
Abbott & Mosley shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
